The world of Mortan (a name established eons ago during the first reign of man and passed down through the ancient texts and folklore) consists of four continents divided by vast oceans. It is believed that Mortan is a flat plain of existence; not because of any intrinsic proof, but because no one who has set sail for the beyond has ever returned. Whether that was because of falling off the edge of the world, or due to attack by sea monsters (which are known to exist) is indeterminable. | ![]() |
