Just as there is ying to yang, heads to tails, and black to white, Earth-E is a parallel but opposite version of Earth-K. It is home to many super villains and super heroes with similar, if not duplicated, abilities. The key difference of this earth, though, is that the bad guys usually win. If someone is a hero on Earth-K, then they are a villain here, and vice-versa. And the bad guys are truly bad; they aren't concerned with consequences of murder and other heinous crimes. They are dark and twisted versions of their Earth-K counterparts.
