Now, Burt is a captive aboard The Ring, used to anchor the kidnapped earths in their dimension.
Former Responsibility - As the former Prime Minister of the continent of Africa, Burt Remington was responsible for keeping all of his subjects in line, answerable only to Morning Tsar.
