Complications:
Power Loss - When outside of his armor, Peter is a normal man. Therefore, he never leaves his suit if he can help it because weakness is death.
Relationships - Peter has reluctantly taken the Red Baroness as a consort. He was against it, because being in a relationship of any kind is another weak link in the armor. But when a superior orders you to do something, you do it. And at least it was better than taking Gaoithe.
Responsibility - As the commander of the secret police, he is sworn to dispense punishment whenever he wants and is answerable only to Morning Tsar.
Secret - Peter is indebted to Lord Zero and has sworn loyalty to him. He was the one that assassinated Peter's wife, allowing him to inherit her money and eventually move up the ranks to join the Defilers of Justice.
