Complications:
Health Condition and Distinctive Appearance - Dwight is an albino when not in his Spectrum form. While it is normally not a big deal, people will sometimes react strangely to his appearance. He also has to take steps to protect his skin and such in his human form.
Knowledge - Until recently, Dwight was the only one who had actual knowledge of parallel earths, having been pulled temporarily to one. While he was not there very long, his knowledge helped cement Doctachoron's plan, gaining him points with Morning Tsar.
Rivalry - Spectrum hates Turbo Terror and hopes to be there when the speedster eventually runs into an immovable object and cracks his skull open like a coconut.
Responsibility - In addition to his duties as a member of the Defilers of Justice, Dwight is also the Chief Prosecutor and is responsible for prosecuting everyone with extreme prejustice. In this regard, he is answerable only to Morning Tsar.
Relationships - Dwight is loyal to Morning Tsar, knowing that the man distrusts him, but proving himself to be loyal is the only way to stay alive. He also has a passing comradery with Gravinatrix due to the shards they were empowered by being from the same meteorite, though that didn't stop them from killing The Edict when they found out he had one too.
