Turbo-Terror standing still Complications:
Vulnerability - Due to his accelerated metabolism, Acid has an increased effectiveness on Turbo Terror. Acid attacks get +2 to the effect.
Rivals - Turbo Terror is the fastest man alive. There are many speedsters (or other fast parahumans) in the world who think they would love to beat him so as to claim that title for themselves; that is, until they end up dead.
Needler - Turbo Terror, from his own perspective, has time on his hands. As such, he can be a right cheeky bastard.
Overthinking with a Wandering Mind - That same time on his hands gives Turbo Terror time to consider lots of possibilities. This sometimes leads to overthinking or even his mind wandering while he waits for the world to catch up.
Blood on His Hands - When Dick was turned into the Turbo Terror, one of the first things he did was kill Sarah Caton and Dr. Bob Hogan to ensure that the process would never be able to be duplicated.
