Complications: Responsibility - BJ has been trained to be dedicated to helping people, protecting the innocents and making the world safe. As part of this, he has recently moved away from being a superhero and took on the job of teaching and protecting other clones in need. Suicide Is Not Painless - After witnessing the death of Missile Man during the Siege of the Crusader Fortress, Painless wants to preserve life and make sure others don't die on his watch. Age - While appearing to be a grown man, Painless's mental development is approximately that of a 17 year old, with all of the social and emotional limitations that accompany it. Rebel - BJ decided to assert his "independence" by choosing the nickname of a MASH character unrelated to the "M*A*S*H" character he is named for. Power Limititation - Gamma Vision is unable to penetrate very dense materials or arrays of mirrors. See the Hero Family page for details. Relationships - BJ is very close with his "brothers" Duke, Hawkeye, Trapper, and Radar. All of them look up to their "father," Glenn. Police Record - The Villain, who is also a clone of the Hero, albeit evil, is wanted by the authorities. BJ must co-operate with them to avoid confusion. |
