Alloy's Excellent Eight

When Larry Lafler was looking at opening up a Amalgam Materials facility in North Carolina's "Research Triangle," he found a brand new, but unused, facility for sale in Eppard Meadows, but the rampant crime in the area was a long-term negative, even if it brought the price down. However, given his side gig, Lefler decided to also form a new super team in the area. This led to the founding of Alloy's Excellent Eight.

Some may wonder why he didn't try to recruit his former teammate Fasttrack as well; others understand perfectly.
