Age - Mel is a 15 year old girl with all of the physical, social and emotional limitations that accompany it.
Relationship - Melanie "Mel" Rearden has never known her father, but has managed to convince herself that he must be the mysterious member of the Evicted Demonz, Claw (she is, of course, mistaken - X-Periment has not told her that she is a mutant). She is unable to get close to any of her teammates due to low self-esteem, convincing herself that any interest they may show in her is due to her ability to look like other people.
