Complications:
Amnesia - Claw is a biological duplication of the original, grown from a severed body part. They have no memory of anything before regrowing the rest of the body, including Claw's original form, identity or gender. Claw #1 has more memories while Claw #2 has the older body (they were seperated when Pallequin severed the head and kept it as a souvenir until it was rescued by Claw #2).
Repationships - The two claws are unaware that there is a whole bunch of brothers out there working for the government.
Vulnerability - The Claw Brothers are vulnerable to intense chemicals due to their fluxuating body chemestry. If they are attacked in or by dangerous chemical compounds, attacks get +2 to the Attack Check and +2 to the effect.
Wanted - The Claw Brothers are wanted by Project: Titan.
Arrest Warrant - The Claw Brothers are wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
