Phobia - Jiang Shi are repelled by their own reflection.

Prejudice - Jiang Shi are undead, and thus usually feared and/or hated.
Weakness - Jiang Shi are especially vurnerable to fire. They take +5 damage from all fire-related attacks. The exception to this rule for Moore is if he is in his Fuji form.
Responsibility - Richard Moore is a thrall of the Death Mistress, just as he was to Ghost Empress before her. He is more cooperative than some due to the promise of vengeance on his father.
Death Certificate - Richard was wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies until his death. If they find him now, they won't know what to do with him.

Known Background: Richard Moore is a Jiang Shi who used to be the son of Howard Moore (currently Virus and formerly Hero's Death) and leader of the Blasters after he attempted to murder his father. Richard died when his father resurfaced and executed him for his treachery, but was raised as a Jiang Shi by the Ghost Empress. He is an unwilling thrall, totally unable to oppose her will, but fights it less with the promise of vengeance against his father.
