Reputation - Howard Moore orchestrated the attacks on various heroes that later became known as "The Crisis."
Vulnerability - Virus is weakened by Noble Gases. If he is attacked in or by high concentrations of Noble Gases, attacks get +5 to the effect.
Secret Identity - Howard Moore is listed as deceased... again. If he wasn't, he would be wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
Prisoner Agent - While Titan doesn't mind using Virus and the Blasters, they also don't trust him. He is a captive who is under 24 hour guard, who can be "turned off" via remote control if he steps out of line.
