Addiction - Dr. Lisa Valley has an alcohol problem.... she can't seem to get enough, no matter how drunk she gets. This is part of what led to her medical license being revoked.
Indebted - Flux has always gotten their powers from an outside source. Their first time around, they were empowered by Hero's Death as a way to test his Booster technology. After being captured, losing said powers and serving their time, they worked through their probation at CREST, earning their new power sets through the company's "benifits package."
Arrest Warrant - The original members of Flux are all convicted felons who have served their time for their original crimes. Their new crimes, however, make them wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
