Torn from his homeworld by Rathsham to serve as a Warlock agent in the battle for supremecy of Dulling Mire, Dominion rose in the ranks to become his master's right hand man. As their numbers diminished, including the death of Rathsham, Dominion struck a deal with the final remanents to work together. While their alliance lasted long enough to escape their captors, Dominion left them behind and returned to Mysteria to follow his own path to power. Using the Champion known as Dragon to sink Dulling Mire, he raised the dead mages, turning them into Liches that served him alone. He now reigns over the watery underworld of Mysteria atop the ruins of Mount Phihigh, which is now the oceanic Phihigh Ridge. While he strives to obtain complete domination of the mystical dimension, he is not opposed to cross over to earth and cause trouble there as well.
