Loyal - Clipper and Plug were extreley loyal to Doctor Sin, until they were captured, depowered, arrested, sent to jail, and then beaten half to death by their fellow inmates. When Puppeteer got them out and rebuilt them with cybernetic versions of their powers, they became loyal to her. The only person Clipper is more loyal to is his brother, Marcus (Plug).
Seller of Souls - The Followers of Germanicus have made pacts with a devil to gain power. While the deal has been broken, it doesn't negate their willingness to do it.
Vulnerability - Clipper takes +5 effect from electricity and magnetic-based attacks, if the EMP protection field isn't up.
Enemies - The Followers of Germanicus are actively hunted by B.A.D.A.S.S.. While Clipper's powers have been removed and his connection to Der Nacht is severed, they were very clear about the consequences of trying to regain them. While he has not regained them through the Germanicus sacrifices, it may not matter if he crosses their path again.
Arrest Warrant - Clipper is wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
