Complications:
Failed Champion - Tomahawk is one of the few people to ever be accepted as a provisional Champion of Justice, but then sent on their way.
Rivalry - Tomahawk is one of the American Rangers who seek to outdo the Champions of Justice and prove themselves to be the ultimate heroes of the United States.
Justice - Charlie's hatred of gangs and poachers led him into a life of adventuring. It has also made him very violent, making his image as a war-painted "Indian Brave" appropriate.

Tomahawk was created, designed and was originally played by John Rodriguez. The character is deceased in the present campaign timeframe.
