Loyalty - Séamus is very loyal to his boss and friend, Rex Striker.
Background: It was shortly before the debut of Justice to the mean streets of Williamsburg when Séamus encountered Rex. The Irish boxer had gotten himself in a jam with one of the local mobsters when he refused to throw a fight. He quickly found himself jumped by six of his thugs and, in the process of defending himself, he accidentally killed one of them. Rex was prosecuting the case, but quickly saw what was going on; Séamus was being railroaded because he was Irish. Rex worked a plea-bargain and, in return for his help, Seamus agreed to come work for the ADA. It wasn't long afterward that the ex-boxer found himself helping his boss on the streets in his work as Justice.
Séamus O'Rourke is created and designed by Jim Caswell. The character is deceased in the present campaign timeframe.
