Complications:
Made Man - Pavao Dragojlovic was attached to the Croatian Mob. He still has some obligations.
Arrest Warrant - Stinger is wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.

Background: Pavao Dragojlovic was a criminal in Zagreb, Croatia who got involved with his local mob. At some point he came to America. Pavao used his scientific training to come up with weapons to become the super-villain Stinger. He joined with two other European criminals, and a pair of American brothers to become the Destructors. Later the Destructors became a part of the Phoenix Syndicate. After the Syndicate was dismantled, the Destructors got back together, including Pavao.

Stinger was created and designed by Ken Hallaron. He is an NPC.
