Copycat Armor - Doctor Madnificent got her hands on the Missile Man armor designs (after his death in Minnesota) right before leaving CREST. As such, the Rocket Man armor, with a few modifications, is a replica of it. If there is anyone that could be offended by this, they would come after John rather than her.
Power Loss - If Rocket Man loses his Rocket Suit, or is caught without it, he is powerless.
Arrest Warrant - Rocketman is wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
