Earth-bound - Jesse's need for vengeance had enabled him to manifest fully. Death Mistress has bound him into servitude. If he ever gets closure, and can break Death Mistress' binding spell, he may find himself moving on.
Prejudice - Jesse is a headless, undead being.
Vengeance - Jesse is seeking vengeance for his own murder, the murder of his brother and the lack of murder of his enemies.
Weakness - Weapons coated in ectoplasm are usable against The Headless Cyclist, making him tangable to whatever is coated in it.
Vulnerability - Ghosts and spirits have a peculiar weakness to salt. When laid in a fully-enclosed circle, salt can trap them. Likewise, if used as a power descriptor, it adds +2 damage to the attack.
