Relationships - The Van Mueller twins were very close up until their defeat at the hands of Retribution. While he accepted the loss of power, Shelly didn't, in spite of their warning. When he recieved news of her death, he was not surprised.
Seller of Souls - The Followers of Germanicus have made pacts with a devil to gain power. While the deal has been broken, it doesn't negate their willingness to do it.
Enemies - The Followers of Germanicus are actively hunted by B.A.D.A.S.S.. While Reggie's powers have been removed and his connection to Der Nacht is severed, they were very clear about the consequences of trying to regain them.
Prisoner - Reggie Van Mueller is currently inprisoned in the Penitentiary for Incarceration of Trans-Talents.

Reggie Van Mueller was created and designed by Jim Caswell. The character is retired in the present campaign timeframe.
