Complications:
Relationships - The Hargrove Sisters were extremely protective of each other. It was a severe blow to Lisa when Maria was killed.
Vulnerability - Lisa took +5 damage from water-based attacks when in her electrified form.
Seller of Souls - The Followers of Germanicus have made pacts with a devil to gain power. While the deal has been broken, it doesn't negate their willingness to do it.
Enemies - The Followers of Germanicus are actively hunted by B.A.D.A.S.S.. While Lisa's powers have been removed and her connection to Der Nacht is severed, they were very clear about the consequences of trying to regain them.

Lisa Hargrove was created and designed by Jim Caswell. The character is retired in the present campaign timeframe.
