Complications:
Peking Duck - Ni-Miao Lingcang avoided getting conscripted into the People's Liberation Army Para-Force by virtue of not being parahuman, and because he lives in Hong Kong. This bothers some party members.
Responsibility - The same hiccough that let Lingcang avoid the Chinese military allows him to join the UNDI. As the one 'true' International Chinese hero, this has put much responsibility on him.
Pointed Ears - Due to an accident with an experimental automatic rice harvester when he was young, the tops of Lingcang's ears are deformed.
Working for the U.N. - Wanting to help people and working for the U.N. are sometimes often mutually exclusive.
Rivalry - Xiaolin and the Hand Unseen are not prone to get along, due to Chinese/Taiwanese politics.

Xiaolin was created and designed by Ken Hallaron and Doug Zeitlin. He is an NPC.
