Hero Envy - Artemis desperately wants to be a part of the superhero society, specifically as partner to Silver Falcon and Night Dove. As such, he puts on an over-the-top heroic facade in order to "fit in."
Stalker Tendancies - When the Birds of the Bay relocated to San Jose, Artemis couldn't afford to move, and therefore stuggles in his attempts to join them. It desn't mean he doesn't try, though.
