Complications:
Distinctive Features - As part of the augmentation process, large wings have been grafted to Duk-yung Chae's body and are very difficult to hide.
Patriotism - Chae was one of the first members of the Korean military to volunteer for the Lords of the Zodiac Project, before the project was even named. As such, he recieved the treatment that was established on Lord Dragon's experiment.
Quirk - Duk-yung wishes that the Korean Zodiac had a better bird as a sign than the rooster.
Reputation - In North Korea, he is known as a member of the Lords of the Zodiac and protector of the People.
Wanted - Outside of North Korea, the Lords of the Zodiac are seen as a foreign threat at best, terrorists at worst.
