Complications:
Disabled - Byong-gun Won's original body died, and his still-living brain was transferred into his robot body.
Engineer Needed - Lord Dragon's body is a mechanical construct. If it is damaged, it needs to be repaired or rebuilt. Healing will only work if it has the "Affects Objects" extra.
Insensitive - Because of the transplant into the metal body, Lord Dragon is incapable of using the tactile sense. As the head of the Lords of the Zodiac program, Byong-gun Won is well-known for being uncaring, cold and distant.
Lost Experiment - Byong-gun Won wants to reclaim his escaped test subject. He holds secrets that should not be revealed about the Lords of the Zodiac Program.
Monstrous - Lord Dragon is almost 10 feet tall and over 1000 pounds of metalic beast with wings, tail, claws and snout. He is incapable of fitting in and is very recognizable wherever he goes.
Reputation - In North Korea, he is known as the leader of the Lords of the Zodiac and protector of the People, answerable only to the General Secretary himself.
Wanted - Outside of North Korea, the Lords of the Zodiac are seen as a foreign threat at best, terrorists at worst.
