Complications:
Prototype - Blackfire was captured and experimented on by the North Korean government before escaping. What he doesn't know is that he was serving as a test subject for their work in parahuman creation.
Hatred/Enemy - He has a deep distain for his captors, and they would like to either recapture him or perminantly stop him from telling his story.
Black Don't Crack - The black energy that Blackfire projects is NOT from the Underdark. It is energy that is produced by him, not through him.
Memory Loss - Blackfire suffers from Dissociative Fugue Amnesia which keeps him from remembering his life before being experimented on, but retains much of his procedural memory (i.e. automated skills).
Distinctive Features - As part of the experimentation, large, black bat-like wings were grafted to Blackfire's body and are very difficult to hide.
