Operating out of New Orleans, Papa Boulet and his accociates held the reputation of being "legitamate businessmen" until Force d'Orleans revealed his connection to clandestine crimes and the local street gang, les Crânes. Despite Boulet being arrested, though, his empire held together in spite of other gangs moving in to steal territory. The clan seems to have finally been brought down, however, by a combined effort between Force d'Orleans, BADASS and the Bayou Boys.
