The cavern beneath the Hollywood Hills acted as the CoJ's first base of operations. While the headquarters was destroyed by Captain Zero, nano-repairbots brought to Earth by Count Zero rebuild the base in the form of a spaceship, which became known as Liberty Station. Once the ship was launched, the cavern was once-again refurnished to serve as the west coast compound for the Champions of Justice. The cavern has two secret entrances in addition to the teleport system: A hangar entry behind one of the O's on the HOLLYWOOD sign and a passage leading from the basement of the Wells home.

Shortly after the Champions Cavern was destroyed by Captain Zero, the Champions purchased a castle located on a private island. With Xenian technology intergrated for the team's use, the castle served as their primary base of operations until Liberty Station came online. It continues to serve as the CoJ's east coast compound.

The Hawk Nest was built atop Lexington Towers, located in downtown Chicago on the block surrounded by Maple, State, Oak and Dearborn; three blocks from Lake Shore Drive. Each of the four stories are actually ¼ higher than normal, making the twenty-four floor building twenty-five stories high with a basement storage facility and the first three floors housing an indoor parking garage. The top floors were added after the initial construction.
The walls, bottom floor and roof of the base are titanium-reinforced. Rooms are optionally equip with "viewing portals" that show images from outside cameras in place of windows. The interior of the entire building is monitored with motion detectors, pressure plates and infrared cameras; all of which is monitored by Junior. Each member's communicator triggers a retina scanner at any Nest entry point to provide access. The roof access is fully equip with its own landing pad and observatory. Shortly after opening for use, a holographic and force field generator network was also installed to provide Junior with a physical form.
When the Hawk joined forces with the Champions of Justice, a few renovations were made to the headquarters to accommodate the larger team: the base was officially renamed The Aerie; the transdimensional gate that had been housed in the Legion of Champions Museum was transferred across town; transporter pads were installed; and security measures were upgraded using Xehnian technology. The base now serves as the CoJ's central United States compound.

While originally part of the Crusaders Mansion headquarters, when the annexation to the Champions of Justice occurred, the mansion and its grounds were turned into the International Hero Hall of Fame and Museum. Seeing the opportunity to gain a Rocky Mountain range base, the CoJ converted the mansion's Carriage House into a compact compound with its own security system, hiding in plain sight on the museum grounds.

Built as an outpost and laboratory by Count Zero, Ceres Station is located on the asteroid 198796 Coinneach in the Geflion Family in the Asteroid Belt, near the asteroid 1 Ceres. It's location and existence is an even greater secret than that of Liberty Station.
