Located on the Kentucky side of where the Wabash River runs into the Ohio River, Candleton is one of the so-called Tri-Cities. Boasting low taxes and a strong economy, Candleton is considered to be the "Cindarella" of the Tri-Cities, with Fort Benard and Kennedy being the "ugly step sisters".
