The Faligreyans are a race of aliens who have developed and mastered the art of traveling through space and time. They are a long-lived race, extending their life spans through a technique called Regeneration. While the race as a whole have this ability, only those chosen by the High Council are given DIRSAT's (Dimensions In Relative Space And Time machines), with the understanding that they are not to interfere in events, but simply observe.
