 Known Background: Jeff Hunnicut was recruited by Amos Caldwell III to enter the "super hero fraternity" and discover their weaknesses. Caldwell misjudged how much of the hero Hunnicut had in him, and Blackout sacrificed his life trying to stop Mr. Marvel from destroying civilization.

Blackout was created, designed and was played by Jeff Pierce. The character is deceased in the present campaign timeframe.
