Complications:
Disability - The black market PHAST that was given to Walter caused a bit of brain damage, making it harder for him to think clearly.
Distinctive Look - Walter has the look of a pro-football player, but his helmet has two tusk-like attachments on the face mask that he occasionally uses in fights.
Relationship - Walter used to be very close to his team, who gave him the nickname Walrus, before the accident. His dad was his number one supporter, even going so far as to get him black market Wonder Warrior serum when he became injured, but treated him like a pariah when he couldn't go back to football. The only person who has stayed by his side since she arrived was his half-sister, Flo.
Power Complication - Some drugs have particularly potent effects on the Walrus due to his altered metabolism.
Temper - Walter has a code versus killing, in spite of wearing two sharp tusks on his helmet. The one exception, though, is if someone hurts his "big" sister. In that case, all bets are off.
Weakness - Walter blew out a knee during college tryouts. Even after being given the PHAST drug, he is still vulnerable to called shots to his left knee. Attacks get a +5 damage to that area.
Arrest Warrant - The Walrus is wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
