Complications:
Distinctive Look - As an attractive black woman, Flo often garners unwanted attention. When she's in her skin-tight tuxedo costume with domino mask, she draws even more.
Relationship - Flo spent years looking for her birth father after her mother died. When she found him, though, he had another family. Come to find out, she liked her helf-brother far more than the old man.
Temper - Flo has a code versus killing, in spite of carrying around a katana. The one exception, though, is if someone hurts her "little" brother. In that case, all bets are off.
Arrest Warrant - Ebb'n Flo is wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
