Obsession - In spite of the power he does have, Lyle longs to have time travel. He wishes to be a cowboy back in the old west. (He doesn't believe he was before, and even if he was, he wants to do it now).
Quirk - Lyle believes in reincarnation. He is certain that he was a Major in the US Air Force during World War II. As such, he doesn't have a problem with killing people as he's just "helping them along to their next incarnation."
Relationships - Wagoneer is Tim's grandson and Harvey's cousin. He would sell both of them out in a heartbeat if he thought it would get him further ahead.
Seller of Souls - The Followers of Germanicus have made pacts with a devil to gain power.
