Disability - Pariah is now a technologically animated corpse.
Photophobia - Stan's connection to the Underdark, which he didn't understand, made him vulnerable in bright light, and caused him to become phobic of it. Some remnant of that remains.

Death Certificate - Paraih was wanted for questioning by local and federal law enforcement agencies until his death. If they find him now, they won't know what to do with him.
