Do Little Harm - Mr. Average doesn't want to hurt anyone in his efforts and will avoid violence on innocent victims, limiting their activities to "victimless crimes."
Obsession - Mr. Average is obsessed with Fantastic Man (II), idolizing his heroics to dangerous levels. It is because of this facination that was committing crimes to force his hero out of retirement.
Success? - Now that Fantastic Man is un-retired and working with the Champions of Justice, Traction has taken on a new mission to destroy Fantastic Dude so his hero is the one and ONLY active Fantastic Man. The new guy is a mockery of the hero and doesn't fight fair. The irony is lost on him.
Respect - In spite of their "villianous" activities, the Superfans respect their heroes and won't attack their loved-ones, homes or places of business. Fantastic Dude, though, is fair game (in his mind, if not the teams').
Arrest Warrant - Mr. Average is wanted by local law enforcement agencies.
