Complications:
Failed Paladin - While Briggs believes that his mission is from God, he doesn't realize that his anger has made him not listen to Him in quite some time.
Failed Leader - Archibald is the pastor of the Sloan Baptist Church who has gathered a bunch of like-minded "christians" to form a Far-Right Religious hate-group.
Revenge - Pastor Briggs has a deep-seated desire to see all paranormals destroyed.
Arrest Warrant - Archibald Briggs is wanted by local law enforcement agencies.

Known Background: Archibald Briggs had the unfortunate coincidence of being on a vacation trip to LA, in the same mall where Captain Zero struck. In the chaos, Briggs found himself trapped beneath a section of the collapsed roof, eventually being freed but losing his right hand. While it was replaced thanks to a donation by Adams Industries, the pastor never forgot what happened. He began to preach to his small Sloan congregation about how those with super powers were of the devil, and when CASH eventually showed up in Nevada, it was the push he needed to finally take up arms and lead his congregation to be the instruments of god to wipe out Satan's henchmen once and for all.

Pastor Briggs was created and designed by Jim Caswell. He is an NPC.
