Anger Issues - Black Ice is chronically angry. She refuses / is unable to say at what.
Constantly Cold - Black Ice's body temperature normally runs 30 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature change is purely internal for her and doesn't effect others, but she is always cold.
Enemy - Black Ice despises Ampere, who came very close to killing her.
Super-Conductor - Black Ice's extreme cold makes her an excellent conductor. Electrical attacks get +2 to the Attack Check and +2 to the effect.
Prisoner - Black Ice is currently inprisoned in the Severny Island Parahuman Gulag.

Known Background: Born a member of a Siberian Yupik tribe, her name is unknown by anyone outside of her own people, and most of them have forgotten her. Her first encounter with the outside world was when she attacked a Russian outpost at the age of 13, burying the entire base under ice. It took the combined efforts of many Soviet heroes to subdue her, inprisoning her in a drug-enduced coma in the depths of the Severny Island Parahuman Gulag. She spent the next fifteen years of her life there until she was released by Pagliacci. In exchange for her freedom, she agreed to work for his cause: creating anarchy and chaos around the world. That didn't last long, however, as she ended up on the wrong end of Ampere, who practically killed her. Afterward, Black Ice briefly found herself back in her prison cell, once more a captive of the Russian gulag, before being put into an induced coma again.

Appearance: Black Ice, when visible, is dressed in stereotypical eskimo wear, though it hangs off of her due to her being underweight by her people's standards. Her skin is covered in an ice sheen with only her greyish-black hair exposed. She appears old for her age, looking to be in her mid-forties due to the extended time spent in the chemically-induced coma.

Black Ice was created and designed by Jim Caswell and Ken Hallaron. The character is retired in the present campaign timeframe.
