Complications:
Earth-bound - Something in the ghost's past has kept them in this plane of existance and enabled them to partially manifest. If they ever get closure, they may find themselves moving on.
Prejudice - Being a ghost, these individuals are unable to interact with the moral realm and are, in general, not believed in.
Weakness - Weapons coated in ectoplasm are usable against ghosts, making them tangable to whatever is coated in it.
Vulnerability - Ghosts and spirits have a peculiar weakness to salt. When laid in a fully-enclosed circle, salt can trap them. Likewise, if used as a power descriptor, it adds +2 damage to the attack.

The standard template for Ghosts was created by Jim Caswell. They are NPCs.
