Complications:
Disability - Without his cybernetic limbs, Johnson is a quadruple amputee.
Hidden Background - The source of Johnson's cybernetics and implants is a secret, even to him. He doesn't realize that he was a test subject for a secret government organization who didn't expect him to survive.
Relationship - Jerry's cousin in Jock Johnson, Director of Strikeforce. Some people believe that this is how he got the job as District Chief, not realizing that he had the job before Strikeforce went federal and Jock was put in charge.
Responsibility - As a federal officer, he is sworn to uphold the law.
Vulnerability - His cybernetic limbs are weakened by Noble Gases. If they are attacked in or targeted by high concentrations of Noble Gases, attacks get +5 to the effect.
Wanted - Johnson is wanted by Project: Titan.
