Complications:
Earth-bound - Joshua's unresolved issues from life had enabled him to manifest. If he ever gets closure, he may find himself assending.
Career Before Crimefighting - Josh had no problem putting the Cyclist's crime-fighting second, after his racing career.
Thrills - Joshua got into crime-fighting as much for the adrenalin rush as for wanting to help people.
Haunting - Josh's spirit is bound to the Crusaders' Junkyard.
Prejudice - Josh is a ghost.
Vulnerability - Ghosts and spirits have a peculiar weakness to salt. When laid in a fully-enclosed circle, salt can trap them. Likewise, if used as a power descriptor, it adds +2 damage to the attack.
Weakness - Weapons coated in ectoplasm are usable against Josh, making him tangable to whatever is coated in it.
