Complications:
Mind Block - Pierre has been mentally altered to reject any knowledge of his distant cousin Paulette being Medulla.
Unwilling Hero - Pierre has been psionically forced into becoming a super hero. He is unaware that his compliance and his knowledge of his equipment are the result of psionic tampering.

Known Background: Pierre Saint-Françoise was a French Canadian national who had moved to the United States. He had been living in Tippacanoe Town, OR and working as a lumberjack. He is good friends with Harry Cramden. With the seccesion of Quebec into an independent country, Pierre found his legal status screwed up. He has been sent back to Quebec. Upon his return, he discovered that he had been selected to become a Quebecois super-hero. It turns out he has a distant cousin in France, André Saint-Françoise, who is the French hero le Faucon. And through his family ties he has been issued a pair of wings and armoured uniform similar to his cousins. Pierre has chosen the North American bird le Pygargue à tête blanche (the Bald Eagle) as the bird to model himself after, because of it being common in Quebec, as a joke because of his own receding hairline, and as a kind of protest because of his forced recall from the U.S.

Appearance: Pierre has a rather unimpressive build. The visible musculature is molded into his protective uniform. He has dark, thinning hair and a narrow mustache, befitting his winter job as a French waiter. His unifrom is based on the appearance of a bald eagle. He designed it in dark brown and white, but his new bosses insisted on blue and white, like the flag of Québec. They didn't mention that the brown and white looked too "American".
