Complications: Responsibility - Louise wanted to maintain her twin brother's legacy until she accidentally put Peter into a coma. When he finally regained consciousness, she hung up the costume. Rivalry - Lou competes with Peter Reinhardt, who is also trying to maintain Mentalus' legacy Distinctive Feature - Mentalus' mask is designed to conceal that Lou has hetrochromia; one eye is brown, the other gray. Weakness - Lou's sensitivity to brain impulses makes her vulnerable to electricity. Electric attacks vs Mentalus get +2 to hit, and +2 to the effect.

Mentalus II was created and designed by Doug Zeitlin and Ken Hallaron. The character is retired in the present campaign timeframe.
