Complications:
Disability - A war injury has removed Blake's ability to perform sexually.
Enemy - Blake's military service has pitted him against China, Iraq, Russia and now Canada.
Patriotism - Drapeaux is a Quebecois patriot who gladly, but intelligently, follows orders.

Known Background: Blake 'Last of the Mohicans' Drapeaux was always the best at what he did, especially at school. Financial reasons sent him to the military, rather than university. Even there he was the best at what he did. He became an officer, and would have stayed for life if an accident hadn't sent him home. However, when Quebec seperated from Canada, a derth of Quebecois officers meant there was now, once again from the French-Canadian patriot. Today, he serves his government as the military liason with la Société Ultrahumaine du Québec.

Colonel Blake Flagg was created and designed by Doug Zeitlin and modified into Drapeaux by Ken Hallaron. He is an NPC.
