Complications: Acquaintance - Capitán Neutron had worked, and struck up a friendship, with Captain Miracle. The two haven't talked in years, though. Power Loss - Desiderio's powers last no more than 5 (1d20/4) hours per dose, and he must wait an hour (or however long the power lasted, whichever is less), before redosing with RCS3FC.
