Complications:
Prejudice - Among the Lords of the Zodiac, Jin-wung Jang was the only one who came about his powers "naturally." As such, he is an outsider among them.
Relationship - He has been a spy for the government for years, providing Dr. Byong-gun Won with much of the information he needed to conduct the Lords of the Zodiac Program. His ability to transform into others, however, makes him a potential threat that his superiors keep a close eye on.
Vulnerabilty - Lord Snake has an adverse reaction to lead. Weapons made from the metal get +5 damage.
Reputation - In North Korea, he is known as a member of the Lords of the Zodiac and protector of the People.
Wanted - Outside of North Korea, the Lords of the Zodiac are seen as a foreign threat at best, terrorists at worst.
