Relationship - Jin-Soo Kwon used to be the diplomatic atache to Dr. Byong-gun Won. As such, they have worked closely for years, but can barely stand one another.
She's A B!tch - Kwon is known to be irritable at best; usually volotile as the norm.

Reputation - In North Korea, she is known as a member of the Lords of the Zodiac and protector of the People.
Wanted - Outside of North Korea, the Lords of the Zodiac are seen as a foreign threat at best, terrorists at worst.
