Distinctive Features - Hoshi is a very attractive Asian woman who bleeds white blood and has a powerful magical aura that can be seen by those who have mystical senses.
Megalomania - Believing that it is just a matter of time before the world turns against parahumans, Hoshi is dedicated to preparing for a "New World Order" where paras must fight for their survival.
We Are Family - Hoshi has recently learned that she has half-siblings out there and would like to get them all to join her on Omg'W'Wtt Island. She has already convinced Teddy Koteas to join her. Hannah Coghlan, unfortunately, turned her down... for now. Ideally, she would love for their father to join them as well, if she can ever find him again.
Relationship - Hoshi loves her son, Mikito, but often shows it in strange ways.
