Distinctive Features - Due to the implants, Titan Project soldiers have noticable scarring and cybernetics around their left eyes, as well as their prisoner number tattooed above their left cheek.
Former Drone - The Titan Project soldiers were under the control of The Warden thanks to the cybernetic implants in their brains. When dealing with him, their will was effectively -5.
Relationship - Orville's brother. Wilber, was executed in front of him for being a metahuman.
Prisoner - In spite of no longer being wanted for the crime of being a metahuman, he is still guilty of aiding The Warden. Orville Jones is currently inprisoned in the MetaMax Federal Penitentiary.
